George J. Tyler founded the firm in October of 2000. Located in Robbinsville, New Jersey, Tyler Aversano & Krantz, P.C. is minutes from the New Jersey Turnpike at the intersection of Routes 130 and 195. The attorneys at TAK have a wealth of experience in representing clients on environmental, land use, real estate and business issues. We routinely represent clients in State and Federal court, both at the trial and appellate levels, and in the Office of Administrative Law. We have an extensive practice before the New Jersey Department of Environmental Protection, the United States Environmental Protection Agency and other State and Federal agencies regarding renewable energy, climate change, environmental justice, emerging contaminants, such as PFAS, brownfield redevelopment, water supply, wastewater treatment, air pollution control, solid and hazardous waste management, and flood hazard and other land use permitting. TAK attorneys also appear before local land use boards in connection with site plan, subdivision and variance applications and before municipal governing bodies.
