Jamie Ornella Mitrovic is a recent honors graduate of Seton Hall University School of Law with a strong background in environmental and energy law, regulatory compliance, and permitting. She brings a unique blend of legal and technical experience developed through years of work in renewable energy permitting and consulting before becoming an attorney.
In her legal career, Ms. Mitrovic provides legal services across a wide variety of environmental compliance matters including, but not limited to, contaminated site remediation under the Spill Compensation and Control Act and CERCLA, renewable energy, waste management, environmental justice compliance, and broader administrative and regulatory matters like land use and zoning. She also has experience with corporate formation and governance, labor and employment disputes, and utility regulatory proceedings.
